My Story
Hello! My name is Trinity Desforges. (But I tend to go by Trini more online.) I am the heart behind Too Pink, a blog where early 2000’s nostalgia meets modern day-blogging. I have always had a passion for writing, as well as fashion. Currently, I am a 19-year-old journalism student who wanted a space to write about things of interest. While writing professionally for schoolwork or the magazine I’m in is fun, I really wanted a place where I could have complete creative liberty. Where I could blog about the fashion I admire or a simple skincare routine. Creative writing has always been a favourite of mine, and I am so excited that I now have a place to share my work.
Surprisingly, I am not new to blogging at all. Although, I never invested into a website until now. In 2021, I went viral for creating a spiritual Google Classroom. It had amassed over 10,000 students. I was stunned at the rapid success. The classroom was so full that we had to create three individual ones, and what started as a solo job became a team effort. Despite how much I enjoyed writing blogs and grading everyone’s work, what many didn’t know at the time is that I was only fourteen. What started off as a fun way for me to express my teachings became a chore. I had no idea that I would ever attract an audience like that, and balancing my middle school homework with hundreds of emails grew impossible. So what has changed since then? Well… a lot. My life could not look more different than back then. I now feel more confident in my writing than ever and I cannot wait for you to indulge in it.
